About NACHS:
NACHS
, founded in 1997, was created to educate its members and the public about the characteristics, culture, language, traditions, art and history of the Celtic people, both ancient and modern.

Dissemination of information and financial assistance to support Celtic-related events and opportunities is also a prime purpose of NACHS.

$2200 in scholarships for piping, drumming, music study, dance
$480 contribution to the AZ Highlanders Bagpipe Band for vests
$700 contribution to the Flagstaff Light Opera Company
Donation to the Flagstaff Public Library of the book-on-tape "Dragonfly in Amber" in the name of the author, Diana Gabaldon
Donation of toys, games, clothing and food to Toys for Tots and the Northern Arizona Food Bank

$190 for three members of theAZ Highlanders Bagpipe Band to attend a Piobaireachd study event
$500 contribution to the Flagstaff Light Opera Company
$260 contribution to the Northern Arizona Food Bank (this was tip money from the Festival Beer Tent and from the "Tea and Tarot" Party - THANK YOU, volunteers)
